Getting Started
One Simple Act has a number of tools to help you move forward on greening your community.
Alberta Conservation Team. Invite the Alberta Conservation Team to build environmental awareness in your company or community. Our activities may include the One Simple Act community outreach booth and other activities and demonstrations. Our offerings include: tire pressure clinics, reusable bag programs, green driving programs, green cleaner workshops, vermi-composter demonstrations, and workshops for greening the home and office. EcoAction Calculator. Sign up for this online tool to calculate your energy, waste and water savings over time. Create a team and challenge your community or staff to generate savings. Create competitions between different neighbourhoods. Create a formal agreement with Earth Day Canada and you will receive reports focused on your community.
